A new year has started, time to make plans! I want to do a lot with my girls this year, besides the standard walks and training sessions of course. So I came up with a Challenge for myself for 2023, and I would love it if you would join too!
The #dogblogstickchallenge
The name of the hashtag will probably become clear to you when you look at the photos with this blog, I suspect 😉 I bought a load of popsicle sticks (via Amazon), and I wrote all kinds of activities on them. Let your imagination run wild! You can use uncolored sticks, but also use colored sticks like I did, and let each color correspond to a certain type of activity. For example, the green sticks with me are walks in off-leash areas, the blue sticks things we do with a maximum of 1-2 dogs, and the yellow sticks are days out. Of course you can think of anything for this! Write a different activity on each stick, and store the sticks in a nice container or in a glass jar, for example.
Made the sticks, now what?
Every week you choose a stick from your jar, and that will be your activity for that week. This is also the main reason why I used the colors, I like to be surprised in terms of activity, but I don’t always have time or budget for an extensive day out. So sometimes I choose a green one on purpose, for a nice walk with all the girls in a nice off-leash area.
Will you join us?
I will be sharing my stick on Insta every week, using the hashtag #dogblogstickchallenge. Are you joining me? Feel free to tag my IG account (@dogblognl) and use the hashtag! I will share the coolest photos and videos in my stories, and together we will make it a great year full of fun activities, and we might also inspire each other for extra sticks!
I will also make a blog of as many activities as possible, again for your inspiration!
I am very eager to read all about your adventures!
